Said investigation may also include credit, driving, criminal background, references and other background checks.
At-Will Employment
I understand and agree that if I become employed by Jefferson Machine, my employment will be “at-will”, which means that Jefferson Machine may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Likewise, Jefferson Machine will respect my right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. This policy does not create a contract between Jefferson Machine and any person employed by Jefferson Machine.
